Surrey Volleyball League Season 15
Format: Same Gender 6’s (Indoor – Tuesday)
When: April 7/26 – June 9/26 (10 weeks total)
Where: Bothwell, Cindrich, Brookside, Maple Green, Adams Road, WE Kinvig, Forsyth, Woodward, Surrey Traditional, and Kirkbride Elementary School.
Time: 6:25PM – 8:10PM, 8:00PM – 9:40PM, or 8:20PM – 10:00PM (Teams will be scheduled for either time-slot each week. Time requests will be accommodated as best as possible)
Playoff Dates: May 26 (Playoffs), June 2 (Playoffs), and June 9 (Playoffs)
No Games: None
Cost: $750/Team | $125/Individual

2) Fill out the captain’s form to complete registration, CAPTAIN’S FORM
3) Have teammates sign waiver form, WAIVER’S FORM
